TORONTO, September 4, 2026 – Woodbine Entertainment today released the list of probable starters for the Grade 1 Woodbine Mile on Saturday, September 12 at Woodbine Racetrack.
The $1 million Woodbine Mile headlines Turf Champions Day, an all-star afternoon of racing that features four Grade 1 Breeders’ Cup Challenge Series “Win and You’re In” races on the E.P. Taylor Turf Course.
The $750,000 E.P. Taylor Stakes, $500,000 bet365 Summer Stakes and $500,000 Johnnie Walker Natalma Stakes join the Woodbine Mile as the Grade 1 events. The race lineup features a total of six graded stakes.
The Woodbine Mile probable starters list is headlined by last year’s winner Notable Speech (GB) for Godolphin and four-time Grade 1 winner Deterministic for St. Elias Stable, Ken Langone, Steven Duncker and Vicarage Stable.
